1. How long does delivery take?

If you're not at home when your order arrives, the courier will try to deliver it to a neighbour or leave it at a nearby pick-up point.

You’ll receive a notification by email or a note in your mailbox with instructions on where and when you can collect your package.

If your package is not picked up in time, it may be returned to the sender. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wellingtonliving.co.uk so we can help find a solution.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet, within a maximum of 48 hours. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the item within 30 days after receiving it.

6. How long does a refund take after returning a product?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days to appear in your account.
