1. How long does delivery take?
Once you’ve placed your order, we require 1–2 working days to process it. After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking code (Track & Trace) to monitor your parcel. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code via the email you used during checkout.

3. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the UK.

4. What happens if I’m not at home when my order arrives?
If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbour or leave it at a nearby collection point.

You’ll receive a notification via email or a note in your letterbox with instructions on where and when to collect your parcel.

If the parcel isn’t collected in time, it may be returned to the sender. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wellingtonliving.co.uk so we can assist you.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet, within 48 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may return the item within 30 days of receipt.

6. How long does it take to process my refund after a return?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few extra days to appear in your account.
