1. How long does delivery take?
Because our products are shipped directly from Asia, we require 1–2 working days to process your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code via email.
Delivery usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

2. Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your parcel is shipped, you’ll get a Track & Trace email sent to the email address you used at checkout.

3. What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the UK on all orders—no minimum spend required.

4. What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you're unavailable, the courier may try delivering to a neighbour or drop your parcel at a local collection point.
You’ll be notified via email or a card in your letterbox with pickup instructions.
If the parcel isn’t collected in time and is returned to us, please contact our support team at info@wellingtonliving.co.uk so we can help you further.

5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes—within 48 hours, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return the product within 30 days of delivery.

6. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Absolutely. You have 30 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund.

7. How long does a refund take after returning a product?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 working days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it might take a few extra days to appear.
