1. How long does delivery take?

Once you’ve placed your order, we require 1–2 working days to process it. After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking code (Track & Trace) to monitor your parcel. Because we ship directly from our supplier in Asia, delivery usually takes 2–7 working days.

If you're not at home when your order arrives, the courier will try to deliver it to a neighbour or leave it at a nearby pick-up point.

You’ll receive a notification by email or a note in your mailbox with instructions on where and when you can collect your package.

If your package is not picked up in time, it may be returned to the sender. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wellingtonliving.co.uk so we can help find a solution.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet, within a maximum of 48 hours. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the item within 30 days after receiving it.
